Ryan Brown is an award-winning cinematographer, director, and video marketing entrepreneur based in Brooklyn New York. Ryan cut his teeth producing short-form branded content for outlets such as BET & MTV Networks, VH1, FUSE Media and New York Magazine--- eventually founding Wayland Street Films in 2013. Nearly a year after the company's launch, Ryan partnered with his alma mater to create the Wayland Street Films Scholarship for the Arts. The scholarship was developed to target graduates from Michigan’s urban school districts and provide financial assistance to students who demonstrate an interest in pursuing careers in art, media or communications.
In 2017, Ryan was selected to participate in the Sony Pictures Television Diverse Directing Program, after successfully co-writing, directing, and producing a comedic short film entitled The Rough Part. The film was accepted into ten different film festivals across the country and enjoyed a chorus of rave reviews along the way. Most recently, Ryan was selected to participate as a Fellow in the prestigious Disney ABC Television Directing Program. Launched in 2001, the Disney ABC program is one of the longest-running programs of its kind --- offering advanced professional development and direct access to executives and producing directors on hit series.

Alexandra Nikolchev grew up in California's Bay Area. Today she is an award-winning New York-based filmmaker with over ten years of experience. Alexandra brings top level professionalism, creativity, leadership and problem-solving to each project. An expert in character-driven documentary filmmaking, Alexandra knows how to transform topics and ideas into emotionally-charged and complex stories about people. Her documentary credits include PBS, Moyers & Company, NBC, and HBO. She's also been creative lead on video-driven campaigns for major brand clients. Alexandra wants to make work with a dual purpose of drawing a wide audience and impacting stakeholders. She values collaboration and feels lucky to have worked with many great people in her industry.
Alison Bright is a certified yoga instructor and digital media consultant with over twelve years of experience working with a variety of high profile publishers and media outlets. Based in Los Angeles, Alison’s unique approach to understanding branding solutions has afforded her with a robust portfolio of clients from across many industries— playing host to both Fortune 500 Companies and small boutique agencies alike. Her recent work includes creating partnerships with brands such as Digitas, Goodby Silverstein & Partners, and publishers like the IAC. Her interests also extend into the health and wellness sectors, as well as emerging industries such as cryptocurrency and Blockchain technology. Alison finds fulfillment in connecting people—with one another, companies and with themselves. Yoga, nature and simple everyday laughs keep her balanced. She kicks off nearly every day with a dance party and gratitude.

Eva Hill is an animator and illustrator based in Los Angeles, where she is currently pursuing her MFA in animation at The University Of Southern California. She specializes in 2D animation but often dabbles in 3D projects from time to time. Eva’s work history features industry giants such as The Huffington Post, Time Inc, New York Magazine, and two projects for Harper Collins, including Emma Gray's feminist handbook, "A Girl's Guide to Joining the Resistance".

James Russo is a multi-award-winning creative professional and content creator based in Brooklyn, NY. As an industry workaholic with experience in nearly all aspects of production and post-production, he has written, produced, directed, edited, shot and created graphics for everything from national television series, television ads, documentary films, music videos and more! James is the former writer/producer/director of Sport Fishing Television on the NBC Sports Network as well as Affordable Luxury, which was a travel series, airing on Discovery Channel and Velocity Network. Producing adventure and travel television internationally...also provides James with invaluable experience working across borders and with foreign brands, talent, and governments. Many colleagues think James is
perhaps a cyborg -- fueled by reggae music, coffee, and an unquenchable thirst to create and communicate.
